About the role

Become an integral part of our vibrant café team as a Cafe Crew at MANIA CAFE in Penampang, Sabah. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bustling cafe.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, to customers in a timely and efficient manner

Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items, including sandwiches, salads, and baked goods

Ensure the café's cleanliness and organisation by completing tasks like cleaning, stocking, and maintaining a well-organised workspace

Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and supporting the overall success of the café

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a café or restaurant environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and work effectively as part of a team

Enthusiasm for food and beverage preparation and a keen eye for detail

Ability to multi-task, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude

Familiarity with common cafe equipment and a willingness to learn new skills
