Position: Cafe Crew

Join our vibrant team at 18 Lab by KLGCC as a Cafe Crew! We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented individuals who are passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic café environment, serving delicious food and beverages while providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting menu items and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Make drinks and coffee according to recipe to ensure consistent quality.
  • Ensure the café area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Handle cash and payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment for all guests, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene practices to ensure the health and safety of both customers and staff.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and enhance service quality.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.


Requirements

  • Minimum educational qualification of SPM or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry or customer service is a plus.
  • Experience as a barista and knowledge of how to prepare coffee is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and menu items.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays as required
