About the role

Join our dynamic team at JOB ELITE TT AGENCY as a Crew in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality establishment. This is a full-time position that offers a rewarding and fast-paced work environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Take customer orders and communicate them accurately to the kitchen staff
3. Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tables are set and dining areas are well-presented
5. Assist with side duties such as restocking, cleaning, and light food preparation as needed
6. Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
7. Work collaboratively with the broader hospitality team to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting
