Responsibilities:

• To manage the entire mill operations in an effective and efficient manner while ensuring that the optimum level of productivity is achieved.
• To assist in the development of new process techniques and procedures in order to maximize the production of CPO, Palm Kernel and Oil extraction rates.
• To ensure that production process at the mill is functioned efficiently and the process losses are minimized and properly monitored.
• To assist the Manager in ensuring full compliance with the IOI Group StOP, IOI Group SaOP, IOI Group Internal Social Impact Assessment and Management Action Plans, IOI Group Internal Social Environmental Impact Assessment and Management Action Plans.
• Any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior / company.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferred experience in biogas systems, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), and handling RSPO, MSPO, and FSCC audits.
