Job summary

Teknion Furniture Systems (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a CAD Specialist to build new and improve existing CAD symbols and to create installation guides using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

You will liaise with Product, Program Management, Design and Product Engineering to ensure accurate representations, apply company CAD standards and publish guides for customers.

A minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience with technical drawings and proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks (2D/3D) is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with technical drawings and CAD modeling.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks for 2D and 3D drawings.
• Ability to interpret installation instructions and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Create CAD symbols and installation guides using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Simplify models and apply company CAD standards.
• Assemble models from SAT/STEP/IGES in a 3D environment and produce illustrations.
• Publish installation guides and respond to queries from customers.
