• To provide support and assistance to Workshop Production Manager and Operation & Admin Assistant Manager.
• To oversee the opening of Job Requests and Job Authorizations, ensuring the accurate maintenance of the Work Order Master File and JC/WO register.
• To verify and approve Stock Issue (Labor) Summaries for completed JC/WO, ensuring accuracy for billing purposes.
• To lead the preparation of draft AutoCAD designs and ensure technical drawings (General Plans, Construction, Parts Books, Facility Layout Plans) meet project requirements.
