Sunray Construction & Interior Sdn Bhd is a leading construction and interior fit-out company based at Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru and Penang, and we're looking for a CAD Designer (Drafter - Shop Drawing) to join our team.

Job Descriptions:

Produces detailed shop drawings and as built drawing for interior fit-out and Architect construction drawings;

In charge of all drawing development required by the project;

Performs site checking to ensure proper dimension, connection and detail for fabrication;

Ensures the drawings comply with specifications and company standards;

Ensures the proper indexing, filing and storage of drawings in both hardcopy and electronic media;

Manages multiple projects concurrently and accurately in a timely manner through workload prioritization;

Prepares documents and transmittal form for submissions, RFI if required;

Consults with key personnel of the projects on necessary details in the preparation of drawings;

Coordinate with QS, project team and sub-contractor for fabrication;

Studies drawings and other pertinent papers in preparation for fabrication or erection drawings;

Present drawings to production or project teams and provide adjustments as necessary;

Produces 3D drawings when necessary;

Any other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirement:

At least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent

At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required

Required Skill(s): AUTOCAD

Preferably with experience working in ID firm/company

Detailed, organized, teamwork, positive attitude

Preferably candidate to start work immediately
