Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering, or related field.
• Skills: Proficiency in CAD drafting software; strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
• Addition requirements: Familiarity with industry standards; construction/engineering project experience; Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft & Design: Create detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• BIM Implementation: Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools to develop and manage project data throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure alignment on design and construction goals.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, models, and revisions.
• Quality Control: Review and verify drawings for completeness, correctness, and adherence to industry standards and company policies.
