Responsibilities

• Carrying out duties assigned and complying with all company regulations.
• Take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of guests in both normal and emergency circumstances, and report to the PIC/In-Charge Cabin Crew on any incident that has endangered or could have endangered the safety of the operations.
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of Cabin Crew emergency procedures.
• Familiarity with aircraft galley equipment, catering stowage, and passenger amenities equipment.
• Ensure guests comfort and maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Comply with applicable regulations as well as company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Support the achievement of safety performance targets.
• Liaison between guests and the flight crew.

Requirements

• Minimum height: 157 cm (female); 163 cm (male).
• Fluent in Malay & English; SPM credit in Malay & English.
• Minimum education requirement of SPM or Diploma/Degree (academic qualifications will be an added advantage).
• Proficient in both written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages, particularly your native language, is advantageous.
• Capable of fulfilling the employment visa requirements of Malaysia.
• No visible tattoo while wearing the cabin crew Kebaya uniform and must be well-groomed when attending the interview.
