Job summary

AME Construction Sdn. Bhd. in Senai, Johor, is seeking a Civil Engineering professional to provide technical support during tender and execution phases.

The role involves document compilation, coordination across C&S and MEP teams, and analytical evaluations for improvement. The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with 1–2 years of construction experience, proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, and familiar with Revit, Tekla or STAAD Pro.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in building construction; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit, Tekla, STAAD Pro, or other BIM software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation for construction projects.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to project teams during project tender & execution.
• Assist on document compilation for project tender & execution.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (C&S, MEP) on project execution.
• Assist on technical analyses & evaluations for improvement & optimisation.
• Utilize software tools, including Autocad, Revit, STAAD Pro or related software for project coordination & implementation.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure execution & technical documentation meets project requirements & standards.
• Attend meetings to ensure well coordination within project teams.
• Assist on client & consultant coordination to resolve technical issues.
