Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the construction or project site.

Monitor and manage construction schedules, milestones, and deadlines.

Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.

Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and labourers.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.

Collaborate with quality control and engineers to maintain high-quality work.

Enforce and promote safety regulations and practices on the site.

Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress.

Communicate effectively with on-site personnel, addressing concerns and resolving issues.

Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to the site.

Ensure proper storage, handling, and usage of materials and equipment.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

Prepare daily reports, work logs, and other necessary paperwork and update the system as scheduled.

Job Requirements
