Job Description

  • Develop and execute effective C&B policies and strategies aligned with the company's goals and industry benchmarks.
  • Conduct market research to ensure the competitiveness of the company's rewards and benefits schemes.
  • Manage job evaluations and job grading.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of C&B programs.
  • Implement and manage employee recognition programs.
  • Monitor legal compliance pertaining to C&B.
  • Prepare and present reports on C&B to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful C&B Manager should have:

  • A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience within C&B.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of C&B practices and legislation.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
