Job Summary

Buying Assistant supports the buying team to complete all administrative work, such as item master maintenance, creating routine reports, and other ad-hoc tasks

Key Responsibilities
  • Buying
  • Assist the Buyer in raising a purchase order
  • Creation of Item Master in the system
  • Ensure all prices are maintained correctly in the system
  • Follow up all incoming shipments with the logistics team and principals
  • Stocks and Promotion Planning
  • Assist Buyer on promotion, stocks and planogram planning
  • Liaise with the warehouse on all stock preparation
  • Work with the e-commerce team on stock allocation
  • Reporting & Data Analysis
  • Sales report
  • Inventory report
  • Sell-through report
  • Best sellers report
Qualifications & Requirements
  • At least 2 years of related working experience
