- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices, delivery times and quality of materials
- Manage purchase orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and implement cost-saving measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and facilitate the procurement of necessary materials
- Provide administrative support, such as preparing reports and maintaining procurement-related documentation
Requirements
- 1 years of procurement or purchasing experience, ideally in the metal stamping industry
- Experience in SAP system
- Good knowledge in Procurement, Supply Chain
- Proficient in Microsoft excel, power point and outlook
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task in fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently
