Your Role:

As a Buyer Office, you will:

  • Assist in launching new stores across ASEAN.
  • Prepare store layouts, floor setups, POP (Point of Purchase) materials, and operational support during openings.
  • Create multi-language product leaflets, POP materials, advertisements, and assembly instructions.
  • Maintain and enhance sales floors, execute promotional activities, and provide operational directives to teams.
  • Provide administrative support to the buyer office and other relevant departments.

What We are Looking For:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.

Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!

Experience:

0–1 year of experience in retail, merchandising, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong analytical and market research skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) is a strong advantage.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Knowledge of retail industry trends is an added advantage.
