Job Description

1. Carry out sourcing and negotiation activities to achieve the best TCO for parts and services across all Malaysia's plants.
2. Convert PRs for all Malaysia's plants in a timely manner.
3. Ensure all activities within the NPM Hub comply with SOPs.
4. Coordinate with Logistic Planning and Order Management regarding material availability.
5. Assist in ensuring on-time delivery from suppliers to meet requirements.
6. Determine delivery modes and Incoterms.
7. Participate in new projects as required.

Qualifications

1. Preferably possess at least a Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
2. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in supply chain management, preferably in purchasing.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Self-motivated and capable of working under pressure.
5. Experience using MS Excel-based tools for planning, reviewing, and analyzing inventory levels.
6. Knowledge of SAP MM Module is an advantage.
7. Willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
