Job summary

Dexian Asia Pacific in Penang, Malaysia seeks a Global Supply Planner (COF) on a 12-month contract. You will oversee end-to-end supply planning, CTB analysis, and mitigation of material shortages to align demand with factory output.

The role requires 5+ years in purchasing/procurement within a Supply Chain, with strong negotiation and supplier communication skills to coordinate with regional teams and EMS partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field with 5+ years in purchasing, procurement or materials within a Supply Chain.
• Experience in an international working environment is preferred.
• Strong operational purchasing and procurement background required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with suppliers and internal teams.
• Motivated and energetic with a track record of delivering high mix, low to mid-volume outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply planning and CTB (Clear-To-Build) analysis.

As a Global Supply Planner (COF), you will serve as an operational leader connecting regional Demand Managers, Order Management, and EMS manufacturing partners. You will oversee end-to-end supply planning, Clear-To-Build (CTB) analysis, analysis, material shortage mitigation, and order fulfillment updates. This role is crucial for maintaining real-time alignment between customer demand and factory output

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university plus 5 years of experience working in purchasing, procurement, materials position(s) in a Supply Chain organization.
• Exposure to International Working Environment
• Strong Operational Purchasing, Procurement background required
• Good written and verbal communication to our suppliers and internal
• Motivated and energetic to accomplish task and goals
• Proven results on the delivery consistent for High Mix, Low Volume to Medium Volume Business
• Strong negotiation, communication, relationship, and organization skill
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
