Job summary

Dexian Asia Pacific is seeking a Global Supply Planner to manage end-to-end broker buy-sell activities, ensuring critical materials are secured on time and production remains uninterrupted. You will coordinate with Requestors, Supply Assurance, LTB, and Product GSP teams to execute high-priority buy-sell activities, maintain MSI data integrity, and prepare operational reports to track metrics.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in Supply Chain, with Oracle ERP knowledge

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end broker buy-sell activities and act as liaison between brokers and EMS partners.

• Maintain data integrity in the MSI system and generate operational reports to track metrics.
• Resolve logistical and financial issues related to buy-sell activities and support PO generation, payment processing, invoicing, and material receiving.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely material availability and minimize production risks.

We are looking for a Global Supply Planner to manage end-to-end broker buy-sell activities, ensuring critical materials are secured on time and production remains uninterrupted.

Manage end-to-end broker buy-sell operations, acting as the key liaison between external brokers and EMS partners.

Coordinate with Requestors, Supply Assurance, LTB, and Product GSP teams to execute high-priority buy-sell activities within tight deadlines.

Manage transaction settings and maintain data integrity within the MSI system.

Prepare operational reports to track broker buy-sell metrics, identify root causes, and recommend potential solutions.

Resolve complex logistical and financial issues related to buy-sell activities.

Support PO generation, payment processing, invoicing, and material receiving throughout the buy-sell process.

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely material availability and minimize production risks.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain or a related field.

Knowledge of Oracle ERP is preferred.
