My client is an MNC Insurance located in KL.

We're seeking a dynamic Business Transformation Manager / Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence, digital innovation, and strategic change. You'll work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities, develop transformation roadmaps, and implement sustainable change.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct current state assessments and define future state processes.
  2. Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans.
  3. Monitor KPIs and track project impact.

Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years in business transformation, management consulting, or strategic operations.
