In this role, you’ll be instrumental in supporting business analysis, and communication and facilitating cross-functional coordination within our operations. You’ll also provide hands on delivery support to our leadership, managing everything from office administration and executive support to business travel, events, and facility management. How You’ll Help Us Grow

Oversee day-to-day office operations, including reception, supplies, maintenance, document control, and general administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.

Manage receptionist and office administrative staff.

Provide calendar, travel, and administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring effective coordination of meetings, itineraries, and internal communications.

Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics for employees and visitors.

Support planning and execution of internal meetings, company events, and off-site activities.

Oversee office facility needs including space planning, lease agreements, renewals, and vendor coordination, ensuring compliance with safety, cost, and regulatory requirements.

Assist with business tracking and perform basic analysis such as forecasting, variance reviews, and report preparation to inform operational decisions.

Support internal business communications, including drafting updates, presentations, and coordination across teams.

Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and external vendors or service providers, enabling smooth coordination and business continuity.
