Business Support Executive (HK Support, iGM)

Support in house advisers by addressing inquiries related to investment and insurance platform.

Process insurance applications, renewal, cancellation, and payment.

Provide various premium collection reports for commission payout purposes.

Provide technical support and maintain a customer database.

Serve as a liaison between various departments, including Customer Service and Operations, ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency while guiding advisers to complete follow up items.

Assist the Business Development team in implementing sales initiatives and support other ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

Diploma/ Degree holder in Business, Finance, or equivalent background will possess higher chance for the post.

Excellent analytical, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Cantonese, good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking internal or external parties.

Willing to work during local Public Holiday.
