Job Description
Assist in gathering information about software and subscription entitlement usage.
Assist in obtaining feedback on the Customer Satisfaction Scores.
Remind/inform existing customers about the subscription renewal period.
Obtain the customer's renewal decision and keep track of the renewal status of the customer's subscription.
Assist in the response/escalation of customer inquiries and concerns directly to ensure they are addressed.
Ensure CRM asset information is up to date.
Provide regular reports to the respective team (Internal customer).
Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required by management.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, customer service, or a related field.
SPM holders are welcome to apply too.
No experience needed. Fresh graduates may apply!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize several tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Following guidelines to provide solutions to customers.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Adaptable to changing business needs and customer requirements.
