JLL Research and Consultancy, based in Kuala Lumpur, comprises a team with a strong professional background. We work with JLL's business teams, providing research and insights to a wide range of external clients across multiple sectors and disciplines. We often conduct client-specific consultancy, especially when supporting larger business assignments.

The key responsibility for this intern position is to support the Research and Consultancy team with ongoing tasks. You will report directly to the Director of Research and Consultancy, generating research data and preliminary analysis for ongoing consultancy and research assignments, focusing on specific real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work directly with the Director of Research and Consultancy and other JLL business lines.
2. Collect property-level data for specific market segments and locations.
3. Monitor real estate transactions, trends, and analysis.
4. Assist in preparing client presentations and consultancy work.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; good IT knowledge.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple disciplines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
