JLL Research and Consultancy is based in Kuala Lumpur, comprising a team with a strong professional background. We work with JLL's business teams, providing research and insights to a wide range of external clients covering multiple sectors and disciplines. We often conduct client specific consultancy, particularly when supporting larger business assignments.

The key responsibility for this intern position is to work with the Research and Consultancy team to support the team in on going tasks. This role will see you reporting directly to the Director of Research and Consultancy generating research data and preliminary analysis for the ongoing consultancy and research assignments and covering specific real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Working directly with the Director of Research and Consultancy and other JLL business lines
• Collecting property level data for specific market segments and locations
• Monitoring real estate transaction, trends and analysis
• Assisting in the preparation of client presentations and consultancy work

Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in any field of study
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills; good knowledge of IT
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Capability to work across multiple disciplines
• Fluent English, written and spoken
