Key Responsibilities

Audit Finding Resolution

• Review and analyze internal audit findings.
• Identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Track resolution progress and ensure full closure within agreed timelines.

VIP Visit Feedback Resolution

• Manage, investigate, and resolve feedback received during VIP visits.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to implement improvements.

New Store Scheduling

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely notification and execution of new store openings.
• Maintain and communicate an updated store opening schedule.

Store Relocations & Closures

• Lead the planning and coordination of store relocations and closures.

Display Tools Implementation

• Evaluate and roll out new display tools to enhance in-store presentation and customer experience.
• Monitor implementation effectiveness and compliance at the store level.

New Product Category Expansion

• Plan and oversee the introduction of new product categories in stores.
• Work closely with merchandising and relevant departments to ensure seamless execution.

Business Strategy Execution

• Implement key business development projects and strategies.

New Country Expansion Support

• Support international expansion efforts by assisting in the identification of suitable staff for secondment.
• Coordinate readiness activities and provide follow-up support for overseas assignments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years in retail operations, strategic project execution, or business development.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Proficient in MS Office and project tracking tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Asana, or similar).
