Main Responsibilities

  1. Provide effective support on end-to-end HR Services processes for Employee Life Cycle (ELC) and Master Data Management & Reporting (MDM&R) for Greater China (China).
  2. The specific processes within Employee Life Cycle stream.
  3. Actively support and involvement on the Core model deployment, process simplification, harmonization, and automatization.
  4. Actively involve on continues process improvement from each work stream.
  5. The knowledge transfer and Desktop Procedure (DTP) creation for the new country transition to KL Captive Center.
  6. Actively support Global transformation project deployment in the respective work stream and country.

About You

  1. Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance and Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Proficient in English & Mandarin, both verbal and written due to the country that will be supported.
  3. Working experience is not required as training will be provided.
  4. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office such as Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
  5. Positive attitude and mindset aligned with “Play to Win” behaviors.
  6. Proactive, self-motivated, ability to work independently, and can work in a multi-tasking environment.
  7. Able to connect the dots, think strategically, willingness to develop and learn.
  8. Effective communication at all levels, have good exposure in social activities within the student’s or University organizations.
