Global Transformation Centre is at the heart of how Global Transformation shapes, delivers, and embeds change, working with our delivery partners. They are responsible for providing assistance and support in Design, Change Management, and Implementation Management activities.

Business QA is structured with a team that has extensive testing experience and proficiency with testing techniques and tools. The team aims to address ongoing challenges in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) management faced by ASP WPB, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and quality in testing output.

We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as a Business QA Lead.

What you’ll do:

  1. Coordinate Business Testing with local countries for changes to Digital Front End, Back End, and end-to-end testing support.
  2. Ensure these meet customer expectations, both internal and external, with defects identified before release.
  3. Prepare tests for various projects, including resource estimating, planning, scoping, and identifying data and environment requirements.
  4. Write and review testing documentation.
  5. Coordinate testing tasks for specific projects, monitor progress, and escalate issues when necessary.
  6. Regularly review testing processes to identify improvements in efficiency.
  7. Coordinate activities of testers on multiple projects and provide support and coaching.
  8. Establish close working relationships within Wealth Premier Banking (WPB) Transformation.
  9. Review test documentation and provide coaching and feedback to colleagues.
  10. Ensure adoption and use of testing standards and processes.
  11. Chair and attend project update meetings, deliver updates, and escalate issues and concerns.
  12. Adhere to mandatory objectives.
  13. Align activities with departmental governance.
