Responsibilities:

1. Maintain close relationships with the Auto Finance Centre through branch visits, meetings, and other platforms to improve overall performance, especially in Ancillary Business.
2. Develop and manage strong relationships within the Bank, including Deposit Business, Card Business, and related departments.
3. Develop and manage relationships with external Business Partners such as Generali Life Insurance, Generali General Insurance, Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Berhad, and other external parties for business opportunities.
4. Assist the team with business proposals and analytical reviews of Ancillary Business performance for management.
5. Prepare daily and monthly reports on Ancillary Business performance and share with the Auto Finance Centre.
6. Prepare monthly reports for the Incentive Management team on Sales Consultant Banca performance for incentive payouts.
7. Assist Auto Finance Centre staff in improving Ancillary Business performance, processes, and customer journey.
8. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
