Job Description

Your main job duties will include:

1. Identify and analyse future needs and design organisations, processes, and solutions to create a model meeting both legal and business requirements.
2. Contribute actively to process design, organise data, and analyse pros and cons of alternative solutions.
3. Work closely with internal stakeholders to design finance flows.
4. Create and maintain month-end closing processes.
5. Conduct Gap Analysis workshops.
6. Create and maintain a finance business process master list.
7. Identify any system misuse impacting data accuracy or closing deadlines, whilst defining action plans.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 5 years of finance/accounting experience, with 1-2 years of experience in FP&A. They will hold a bachelor’s degree or at least a finance/accounting diploma. SAP experience is essential, and a good knowledge of IT and ERPs is preferred.
