We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Contributing to the definition and implementation of business projects related to Shipping Business processes.
2. Identifying and executing country-specific initiatives to improve process efficiency and effectiveness within the APAC region in collaboration with senior leadership.
3. Leading continuous improvement initiatives and coordinating key project deployments across departments with minimal disruption.
4. Supporting the Head Office in strategic projects and change readiness efforts within the APAC region.
5. Identifying and mitigating risks prior to project implementation.
6. Collaborating with key stakeholders across the Head Office, Regional Office, and agencies for seamless project transitions.

As part of the BEM Team, you will be involved in:

• Creating value for the CMA CGM Group through deploying Corporate Strategic Projects.
• Supporting cost optimization of organizational structures and establishing lean agencies, including supporting the Global Business Service (GBS) Transition.
• Evaluating agency requirements for changing Group Applications and supporting deployment of these applications.
• Strengthening the BEM & QPM network.

To succeed, you should possess strong analytical skills, a proactive approach, broad business acumen, and expertise in project management, change management, and risk management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Maritime Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in project management or business process improvement.
• Certified Green Belt, Prince2 Practitioner, or PMP is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office, Visio, MS Project, and SharePoint.
• Ability to travel on short notice.
• Certified MSP.
