Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Process Analyst to support the daily operations of our Calibration Lab. You will help analyze performance data, maintain accurate records, and assist in improving work processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and analyze lab operations, including workload, backlog, and productivity.
  2. Investigate missed shipment deadlines and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Keep system data up to date and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  4. Provide admin support such as updating work orders, generating and amending certificates, and handling requests.
  5. Prepare performance reports and support regular team meetings.
  6. Handle purchase requests and support ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  7. Participate in improvement projects and help drive process enhancements.
Job Requirements:
  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Adequate computing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  4. Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Our lab is ISO/IEC 17025 accredited, capable of repairing and calibrating most calibration instruments. We serve the Penang region, nearby metropolitan areas, and much of Northern Malaysia. Our technicians are ASQ Certified Calibration Technicians (CCT) ready to meet your testing and calibration needs.
