Job Description
  • Conduct comprehensivecompetitor analysis, including market trends, pricing strategies and product offerings
  • Analyzeinternal sales performance and service metricsto identify strengths, gaps, and areas for improvement
  • Develop actionableinsights and recommendationsto optimize sales strategies and customer service processes, including tracking progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to enhance market positioning and competitive advantage
  • Monitor industry developments and emerging trends that impact the business
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Support decision-making by leveraging data analytics
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years working experience is preferred
  • Experience in market research, competitive analysis, or sales analytics is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Proficient in Excel and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
