Job summary:

Vacancy: Operations Manager – Native Japanese

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Salary: RM16,000 - RM18,000

Language: Japanese and English

Work hour: Rotational Shift

Must be working in the respective role for at least 1 year in a BPO Company.

Joining Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the operations seamlessly, ensuring timely SLA delivery along with maintaining high level of employee and customer satisfaction.
  2. Establishing and managing relationships with stakeholders.
  3. Oversight of team – organizes resources, sets goals, carries out strategy from Executives and client on a day to day basis; reporting responsibilities.
  4. Responsible for following agreed governance model, escalation & communication plan.
  5. To ensure team members achieve agreed standards in relation to their job assignments.
  6. To ensure training of new staff on the corporate policy rules to be adhered to.
  7. To ensure that the buddy system is put in place to maintain the operation with minimal disruption in times of annual leave/sick leave/study leave and daily working hour schedules.
  8. To monitor and document work schedule of staff and absences.
  9. Build strong partnership with the client by growing and nurturing the existing relationships to ensure operational cohesion & effective foundation for future growth.
  10. Taking weekly and monthly calls with clients to understand the expectations from the teams and provide updates.

Requirements:

  1. Working under pressure.
  2. Fluency in English (Speaking, listening, writing and reading). Working 100% English.
  3. University/College degree required.
  4. English proficiency must be advanced.
  5. Experience in managing a team (up to 50 HC) for more than 3 years.
  6. Good to have experience in CS/BPO/Sales/Client relationship. Otherwise, candidate has to be confident in communication.
  7. Able to work 24/7, shift time will follow client demand (No fixed shift).
  8. Working 5 days, 2 days off per week (depend on the Ops schedule).
