Randstad is partnering up with a leading Singapore-headquartered digital asset exchange platform. They are looking for a business operations executive to be based in Malaysia office in supporting their Singapore business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operational processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.

  • Handle customer transactions, including bank account verification, deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations for both fiat and cryptocurrency assets.

  • Collaborate with Compliance and Customer Success teams to align transactions with regulatory requirements and enhance the user experience.

  • Monitor Know Your Transaction (KYT) activities for cryptocurrency transactions, identifying any suspicious or non-compliant behavior.

  • Manage a diverse client base, ensuring transactions remain within set thresholds and resolving any issues.

  • Maintain accurate processing of fiat and cryptocurrency transactions with proper documentation and timely execution.

  • Prepare monthly trade reports for retail and corporate clients with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Track and analyze system performance, identifying and addressing operational issues with senior team guidance.

  • Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and recommend workflow improvements.

  • Optimize transaction processing and internal workflows for enhanced operational efficiency.


Required Skills & Competencies

General Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese, Malay, and English (fluency in all three is required).

  • Understanding of blockchain technology and crypto asset trends.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing, reporting, and compliance.

Technical Skills:

  • Transaction Processing & Financial Acumen

  • Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge

  • Analytical & Reporting Skills

  • Process Improvement & Efficiency


Experience & Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations or financial services, particularly in transaction processing or payment systems (fiat and/or cryptocurrency).

  • Experience handling bank transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations across fiat and cryptocurrency platforms.

  • Basic experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial services.

  • Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel) and basic reporting systems.
