Job description

We’re looking for a reliable and professional freelance coordinator to help us arrange and support a series of business meetings between the “principal” and local companies in your country.

You will be responsible for:

  • Researching and identifying potential business partners
  • Arranging 5 confirmed meetings (with 2–3 additional ones on standby as backup)
  • Accompanying the principal to the meetings
  • Facilitating introductions and ensuring smooth communication
  • Taking down meeting notes and photos using the templates provided
  • Collecting and submitting business cards

This is not a sales or closing role — your job is to connect the right people and ensure the meeting takes place smoothly. The principal will handle the business pitch and presentation.

What’s Expected of You

  • Be proactive and professional in outreach and appointment setting
  • Confirm meetings with relevant senior-level contacts
  • Plan schedules and transport thoughtfully to minimise travel time
  • Adhere to provided guidelines and templates accordingly.

Time Commitment

  • Short-term freelance project
  • Prep time: 3–7 days
  • Meeting days: 2–3 consecutive days (exact dates provided in advance)
  • All 5 meetings must be completed within the stipulated window of 2 – 3 consecutive days
  • You will have at least 1–2 weeks’ notice to prepare
  • Flexibility required to adjust to the principal’s travel schedule if needed
