Job Title: Business Marketing Manager, Oral Healthcare JAPAC

Job Description

As the Category Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Zone’s Go-To-Market approach for the Oral Healthcare (OHC) portfolio, solutions, and services, in alignment with the Districts/Countries and the overall JAPAC strategy. You will work closely with the Regional Business Unit Leader OHC to ensure that deep consumer and category insights of the Zone are reflected in the strategy, creating a winning portfolio and enabling flawless new product introductions.

Your Role

  1. Own and deliver the portfolio (phase in/out), pruning, perfect NPI execution, recommended pricing & STTI levels, orchestrate opportunities, and contribute to building the Growth Region strategic portfolio and the handshake of PDLM & MLDs.
  2. Deliver the business plan for the respective business in the Zone and act as a key interface to the regional team and BU where needed, determining key enablers to win in the market.
  3. Work closely with local CMMs (District level) to act as the voice of the consumer and customer for the Zone, focusing on “how to win” for prioritized SOBs based on deep audience-specific insights (consumer, shopper, professional), incorporating key insights on Region and BU strategy.
  4. Live and breathe the consumer journey and category-specific shopper insights, ensuring the execution of the Region and Zone strategy is well orchestrated.
