Business & Market Analyst

Responsibilities

Make an impact

  • Conduct routine operations and analytics reports in competitor assessment, including basic data analysis, competitor strengths and weaknesses analysis, and preliminary identification of opportunities and threats.
  • Produce accurate reports by collecting data from a variety of sources and inputting into standard formats.
  • Identify opportunities for process or procedural improvement, and design improved solutions or alternatives.
  • Support stakeholder engagement by arranging meetings, events, and other activities.
  • Collect market data and maintain a database of market intelligence to support marketing and sales planning.
  • Perform routine tasks in market segmentation, including data analysis and report preparation.
  • Support interpretation of advanced and predictive analytics data, using specialized software tools and functionalities.
Application Requirements

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Controls Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in business analysis, preferably in enterprise-level environments.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce for data analysis, reporting, and business process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in competitor assessment and market intelligence is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
