CBRE Group, Inc. in Malaysia is seeking a branch leader to drive day-to-day operations and develop the firm's valuation and related real estate advisory services, including advisory, transaction, property management, research, consulting, and asset management.
You will lead the team, build strong client relationships, grow the client portfolio and revenue, manage proposals and tenders, monitor market trends, and collaborate with Registered Valuers to advance valuation expertise.
Lead and manage the branch's day-to-day operations and develop the company's practice concerning all valuation and other work related to the real estate profession including advisory & transaction, property management, research & consulting and asset management.
Key responsibilities
Drive business development and identify new opportunities
Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships
Develop and grow the branch's client portfolio and revenue
Manage business pipeline, proposals, tenders and client pitches
Monitor market trends and identify new areas for growth
Lead, motivate and develop the branch team
Work closely with Registered Valuers on valuation assignments
Develop technical knowledge in valuation and a broader real estate knowledge towards a Registered Valuer career path
About you
Degree in Real Estate, Property, Valuation, Finance, Business or related discipline
3-5 years' relevant experience in real estate, valuation, property consultancy
Registered Probationary Valuer
Strong interest in property and real estate
Strong communication, presentation and networking skills
Proactive, energetic and results-oriented
Good leadership and people management potential
Strong learning agility and willingness to develop valuation expertise
