Job Responsibilities:

• Analyse business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that are crucial for business decision-making.
• Conduct price and cost comparisons across various currencies to support pricing strategies and cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Monitor and analyse business performance data and identify areas of improvement and potential opportunities for growth.
• Track salesperson performance and effectiveness and propose ways to optimize sales strategies and improve results.
• Perform data discovery, analysis and modelling.
• Create effective & efficient reports to present findings and recommendations
• Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges while ensuring that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives, providing analytical insights to evaluate their effectiveness.
• Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Analysis, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Finance or any related discipline from a reputable university.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Process oriented and numerically inclined with analytical mind.
• Able to work independently and/or collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, while possessing a positive attitude and can-do spirit.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
