What's the role?

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be part of the Global SAP Business Warehouse (BW) Team. You will support the adoption of analytics into reporting and decision-making processes across the Hilti organization. You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop supporting BW data models.

What does the role involve?

• Review existing reporting and analytics processes, identify best practices, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to design and implement new data models aligned with business needs.
• Support and maintain developed data models.

What you need is:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP Business Warehouse.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence principles, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, SAP BW/4HANA or SAP BW on HANA, ABAP.
• Entrepreneurial and team-oriented mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, interest in technical leadership.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
