Role summary:

Promotes and sells medical equipment and consumable products to government and private hospitals, developing long-term business relationships with existing and potential clients.

Responsible for establishing and maintaining a good and healthy business relationship with clientele at all times and providing a professional and well-mannered service to the company's customers.

Role covers the central region.

Accountabilities:

  1. Promotes and sells medical equipment and consumables for Hemodialysis products to government and private sectors, developing long-term business relationships with existing and potential clients.
  2. Work closely with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Clinical) to achieve set objectives.
  3. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate resources through liaison with clinical, technical, and sales teams within Fresenius Medical Care.
  4. Maintain a healthy relationship with the company's clients.
  5. Be available to the client and identify new business opportunities, customers, markets, and potential products.
  6. Attend conferences and events organized by the company.
  7. Have market knowledge and awareness of competitor activity.
  8. Participate in offering service contracts to customers.
  9. Responsible for tenders and ensuring our response is professional and attractive.
  10. Provide a monthly report and sales forecast to the Business Manager on all sales activities.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology, Science, or a relevant field with 1-3 years of experience in medical sales.
  2. Experience working in an MNC setting is advantageous.
  3. Must have own transport.
  4. Proven track record of sales experience and achievement.
  5. Good communication and presentation skills.
  6. Good team player.
