Business Development Specialist (Digital Marketing, Vietnam Speaker, to be Based In Kuala Lumpur)

As a Digital Marketing Campaign Consultant, you will work with our Global Internet Leader Account to deliver a #happier customer experience. Your responsibilities include devising and running marketing campaigns for products, services, or events targeting consumers or other businesses. Typically, you will work under a head of marketing but may manage a marketing team. Campaign managers oversee campaigns in various formats.

You are also required to perform the following functions:

1. Manage and optimize existing AdWords (PPC) campaign components: including Ad Copy, Bid Prices, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, Keyword Research, etc.
2. Assist in creating and implementing PPC strategies: including keyword research and analysis.
3. Create performance reports: with recommendations for improvements.
4. Track funds in accounts and maintain communication.
5. Implement new technologies and automation capabilities: to enhance SEM efforts.
6. Perform other duties as assigned: by management, within your employment category, to support the effective implementation and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX.
