We are seeking a motivated and organized Business Development Specialist to support the Agency team. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate quotation requests and placement instructions for commercial lines.
  • Follow up with agents on quotations and policy renewals.
  • Assist in extracting and organizing sales data for tracking and analysis.
  • Support onboarding of new agents and manage the year-end GIA renewal process.
  • Maintain agent database records for accuracy.
  • Facilitate communication with agents, including training, campaigns, and events.
  • Provide general support to help the team achieve its goals.
Qualifications:
  • A degree is preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in GI commercial lines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Relevant insurance certifications (e.g., BCP, PGI, ComGI) are a plus.
  • Strong skills in tracking and analyzing sales data.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for communication with a broader range of agents.
