About the role
We are seeking a results-driven and enthusiastic Business Development & Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role combines strategic marketing efforts with active sales initiatives to drive revenue, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering impactful marketing and sales outcomes. This role will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to promote our products and services within the local market.
What you'll be doing
Perform daily outbound sales activities (cold calls, emails, walk-ins, reactivating old leads) to generate new business.
Qualify leads, provide tailored solutions, and close sales for aesthetic/wellness services.
Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, email newsletters) under the Manager’s guidance.
Support offline promotions (e.g., events, partnerships) to increase brand visibility.
Maintain relationships with clients, influencers, and corporate partners to drive referrals.
Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth client onboarding and post-treatment follow-ups.
Gather and report market/competitor data to refine sales strategies.
Assist in organizing webinars/presentations (e.g., logistics, registrations).
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
Conducting market research to identify new trends and opportunities
Organising and participating in trade shows, events, and other marketing activities
Preparing sales proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials
Analysing sales data and providing insights to improve overall performance
Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and visibility

What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the Sales industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
Good understanding of the local market and industry trends
Proficient in using sales and marketing tools and technologies
Highly motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Qualitative Requirements:
Graduates / Bachelor / Degree holder
Added Advantage if Candidate have Bachelor in Biology or Chemistry or Food Science or Nutrition
Possess own transport and/or willing to travel
Social media viability
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
Passionate about meeting people
