About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll identify and qualify new corporate opportunities, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and drive growth for our industry-leading cloud platform. This is a dynamic position that offers exposure to cutting-edge technology and the chance to impact some of the biggest companies in the world.

You will prospect high-potential accounts, craft tailored value propositions, and build a robust sales pipeline, all while collaborating closely with our field sales and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect mid to large corporate accounts, understanding their pain points and business objectives.

  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.

  • Craft compelling value propositions together with our Principals to showcase how our cloud solutions solve real business challenges.

  • Qualify leads through research and conversations, moving opportunities efficiently through the pipeline.

  • Collaborate with Field Sales and Solutions Architects to build comprehensive proposals and close deals.

  • Support sales activities by preparing prospect information, meeting notes, and contributing to reports for forecasting and pipeline health.

  • Stay current on the latest cloud technologies, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

Core Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the technology sector (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).

  • Proven ability to identify, qualify, and convert leads into successful opportunities.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence to engage executives at all levels.

  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts and market landscape.

  • Team player with a collaborative spirit and a drive to exceed expectations.
