We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in Cyberjaya, supporting our Korean market. Quest aims to excel in everything we do.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage, nurture, and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
  2. Participate in outbound campaigns targeting install base and new customers to generate sales opportunities.
  3. Identify potential prospects through initiative and creativity to generate outbound leads.
  4. Assess and analyze prospects' current processes and requirements.
  5. Communicate the value proposition of Quest Software effectively to potential customers.
  6. Maintain organized, up-to-date, and accurate sales activity reports in the CRM system.
  7. Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in prospecting, lead generation, and sales management.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software, cloud solutions, or the IT sector, with a good understanding of customer and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in managing sales pipelines using CRM systems.
Other Relevant Skills
  • Experience working collaboratively in sales and marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with Quest Software products.
  • Skills in CRM and Excel.
  • Experience with sales cadence and deal review processes.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in Korean and English.
