Business Development - Relationship Management

Location: On-field (Multiple Locations)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Job Tasks:

1. Find and onboard new offline merchants & partners for SPayLater
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
3. Drive sales and develop strategies to grow our merchant network
4. Provide expert advice on SPayLater products and solutions
5. Ensure a smooth onboarding process and offer ongoing support
6. Monitor and report on client performance & business growth

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
2. Any sales or business development experience (preferably in fintech or payments)
3. Understanding of payment solutions & merchant services
4. Self-motivated, target-driven & a great problem solver
5. Own transportation (motorcycle or car) is required
6. Multilingual? (English, Malay, Chinese) That’s a plus!
