You excel at expanding your network rapidly and presenting our proposition convincingly. You thrive on initiating and closing multiple high-value deals quickly, driven by your tenacity and expertise.

Whether pursuing your own leads or following up on centrally-driven inquiries, you will highlight what makes an IWG partnership unique. By ensuring prospective partners understand our value proposition, you will do more than just meet sales targets. With outstanding communication skills—primarily in your local language but also in English—you will present compelling narratives to diverse audiences.

What you’ll be doing

Joining our team of over 200 Partnership Sales Leaders, you will leverage your entrepreneurial mindset, strong business and financial acumen, and commitment to achieving outstanding results. Over the past year alone, we closed over 1,000 deals across more than 50 countries.

From day to day, you will:

  • Negotiate high-value deals to establish new partner locations, expanding the IWG network in every town and city
  • Identify exciting opportunities in commercial buildings across your region, pitch for new partnerships, and secure investments ranging from £250k to over £1m to develop new IWG centers
  • Showcase the value of the IWG partnership to your B2B network
  • Source ambitious partners aligned with our growth goals to drive expansion through conversions and new developments
  • Use a dynamic approach to business development, tailored to partners’ varying needs
  • Manage your pipeline from initial contact through negotiations to signed agreements
