Job Description

• Support Digital Product Business Development team in executing administrative and operational duties, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed
• Liaise with both internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of duties, including but not limited to SKUs management, product troubleshooting etc
• Manage documentation processes and FAQs on daily tasks, and work on continuous process improvements for better efficiency
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma in any field is required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Good communication skills (both written and spoken) and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is required
• Strong time management skills, able to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines
