About The Role

CoinMarketCap is looking for a Business Development Operations Contractor to manage the backend processes of our advertising, API, and other revenue-generating products. You'll be the operational backbone post-sales—ensuring deliverables are met, clients are aligned, and campaigns run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Ad Campaign Support: Coordinate execution for banner ads, sponsored articles, and social content
• API Operations: Oversee API onboarding and post-sale client communication
• Client Communication: Confirm specs, timelines, and next steps via email, Telegram, etc.
• Campaign Reporting: Prepare and share performance reports with clients
• Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams (sales, design, content) to deliver assets on time
